ESTWEST – A Promissing Endeavour at the Heart of Square Children’s Project

A page of history has turned to leave place for the writing of a whole new chapter: the Montreal Children’s Hospital is now moving, leaving room for the ESTWEST project. Named as a tribute to the wonderful past of the former Montreal Children’s Hospital, the ESTWEST project will breathe new life into the entire neighbourhood and revitalize the area!

The project is located at the intersection of Atwater Avenue and René-Lévesque Boulevard, in the Square Children’s area. Rich in history, the site is close to downtown, the Atwater metro station, as well as the former Montreal Forum. It is thus easily accessible. The unique location of this project, just a stone’s throw away from the vibrant cosmopolitan life of the neighbourhood, the rich heritage of Shaughnessy Village and Westmount, offers you a refined lifestyle and incomparable access to everything that makes Montreal so attractive.

Also located near Concordia University, ESTWEST will provide access to new services and facilities tailored to the inhabitants of the area. The project will offer many green spaces, including many gardens to enjoy nature, in the heart of the city centre. Overall, the public park and green space will account for more than 30% of the total square footage of the Square Children’s project. Nearby, there will be shops, a hotel, in addition to a cultural centre. In short, everything you can imagine, combined in the same space!

In total, nearly 1,400 residential units will be spread out in six innovative towers, designed by the renowned company Menkès Shooner Dagenais LeTourneux Architectes. Discover this new project in the heart of the Square Children’s area!
